Tips to enjoy beauty without pimples

Friday, October 1st, 2010

Pimples or acnes badly affect the beauty and sometimes they even leave behind marks, effecting skin badly. So, question arises that how pimples or acnes could be prevented. Following are some of the tips to enjoy beauty without pimples:

1. Pimples usually appear on oily skin, therefore, make sure that you wash your face at least 2 to 3 times in a day.

2. After consulting dermatologist, apply only medicated creams, which may most likely include benzoyl peroxide.

3. Make sure that you drink at least, 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

4. Use a mud mask once a week to clean out pores.

5. Avoid too much make-up.

6. Don’t rub off pimples or acnes as it may leave behind bad scars.

7. Do physical workouts, as they help improving blood circulation through the whole body and through sweating clean out the pores too.

Margy Skin Diary 14 Sep 10

Tuesday, September 14th, 2010

It’s one week on from my 2nd CO2 laser treatment!

On the day I had the procedure done and the two days following my skin was pretty sore and swollen and I thought it would take weeks to look anywhere near normal again!

On day four my skin had calmed down massively,  although it was still red and very dry (similar to a post skin peel).

Today, seven days on I can’t believe that it is pretty much back to normal (considering how it first looked). Now I only have slight dryness,  and the results are looking brilliant!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering having this done!

“Had my third skin peel yesterday which was fine, I must be getting used to it as it wasn’t even that hot this time!

Got my 2nd CO2 laser on Tuesday which i’m looking forward to as the results are good , but also a little apprehensive as it is uncomfortable, but no pain no gain!

Margy- Skin Diary

10th August 2010

“Had my first CO2 Laser treatment today.  It was a little painful but it will definately be worth it when I see the end results.  My face is now really red and feels a little tight.  It will look worse tomorrow before it gets better but luckily i’m working from home over the next few days so no one will witness me looking like this.  I’m feeling really positive about my skin and know it is going to look so much better once Tracey finishes her work with me”
